In the event of exit, it would be entirely possible that labour resource would be diminished and more reliance on a UK based workforce could ensue. In readiness for growth prehaps we should be looking to increase our own resource to meet with an expected greter demand over time. Forecast for an exit could mean a recovery period in excess of 2 to 3 years.
In addition to this some product manufactuers based within other community countries may find it more difficult to compete with UK manufacturers depending upon trade agreements, meaning we would be looking to source UK product wherever possible.
